Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Our Summer Champs and Sports Clinics are offered as stand-alone programs, or a student may begin the day at Summer Champs, attend a Sports Clinic, and return to Summer Champs for the remainder of the day. Customize the experience that best fits your child.
We would love to have your child all summer, but you can choose the week/weeks that best fit your summer schedule.
Campers will need to bring their lunch and a drink, but we will provide two snacks daily. Please list all food allergies on your registration form.
MA Summer Champs and Sports Clinics will take every precaution to provide a safe environment for your child. In the event that your child needs medical attention, our Summer Champs directors, supervisors, and lead counselors are trained in First Aid and CPR.
Doors will be unlocked for drop off from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and for pickup from 4:00-5:00 p.m. To drop off late or pick up early, please let one of the supervisors know or call the number posted so that we can be sure to have someone available to let you in.
Yes. We have extended our hours until 5:00. There will be a late charge of $1.00 per minute after 5:00.
If you cancel with at least 14 days notice, we will be glad to let your child move to a different camp week with no fee loss. You may also cancel for a refund of 75% of your camp fees. Without a 14 day notice we will not be able to issue a refund. MA Summer Champs requires a two-week notice to receive a 75% refund.
We understand that campers are going to get sick, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for the days they miss while sick.
